The association has been active in Indiana since 1913.

These awards are presented in 5-year increments—recognizing individuals who have reached milestones of 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of service. These awards celebrate the vital contributions our inspectors make in upholding fairness, accuracy, and integrity in commerce across Indiana. Their dedication ensures consumer protection and strengthens the marketplace for all. In order to become a member of the Indiana Weights and Measures Association you will need to be an active weight and measures inspector in good standing with the state. To become an associate member you will need to be an active industry professional willing to progress the weights and measures program in Indiana.
