Find an Inspector
Weights and Measures in Indiana is organized to ensure consistent standards are upheld statewide. The Indiana State Weights and Measures Division is led by a State Director and supported by a team of State Inspectors responsible for areas without a local inspector. Counties with a population above 30,000 (IC 24-6-3-3) have their own dedicated inspector to handle compliance checks, conduct inspections, and address inquiries regarding measurement accuracy and standards.
The map of inspectors provides a visual representation of where both state and county weights and measures inspectors are located throughout Indiana. Click on your county for more information about the specific inspector assigned to that region and how to contact them.
